Inner Harmony is usually held on the second Wednesday of the month 8 – 9.30pm in the Upstairs Hall at Christ Church, Prince Edward’s Road, Lewes. We sing restful songs to soothe body and mind: sacred songs from different traditions and gentle songs from around the world. New members are warmly welcomed. Everything is taught by ear so there’s no need to read music although, to ensure a harmonious experience for everyone, you do need to be able to sing in tune. Glowing candlelight sets the mood and as we sing you’re welcome to move into the middle of the circle, close your eyes and just soak up the sound. Please bring a bottle of water.
